Pizza Ingredients:
  • 3 heads of romaine lettucechopped
  • 1pint cherry tomatoeshalved
  • 4oz thinly sliced prosciuttocooked and crumbled
  • 1 large avocadochopped
  • 1 jar prepared pizza or tomato saucecan substitute prepared pesto
  • 1-1/2cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1pkg Flat-Out Artisan Thin Pizza Crust

  • 2Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2Tbsp water
  • 2Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2/3cup olive oil or canola oil
  • 1tsp dry mustard
  • 1Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/2tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4tsp kosher salt
  • 1tsp clove garlic mincedcan substitute 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/3cup Parmesan cheeseshredded
Optional Pizza Topping:
  • 1/2cup gorgonzolaor parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce lightly over the flatbread and liberally cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  3. While the pizza is cooking, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, and avocado in a large bowl. Toss to combine and set aside.
  4. Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  5. Add a small amount of the dressing to the salad and toss to combine. (You will have leftover salad dressing, cover and refrigerate the dressing for up to one week.)
  6. Spoon the salad evenly over the flatbread, and top with a small amount of gorgonzola or parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately.
