Easy Pineapple Casserole Recipe Steps

Whisk sugar, flour, and pineapple juice in a bowl until smooth.

Mix in drained crushed pineapple. Grease an 8" x 8" baking dish.

Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared dish, and spread evenly.

Top with cheese and a mix of crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
