How to Make Blackened Mahi-Mahi
Combine Cajun spices in a bowl. Pat fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
Next, brush the mahi-mahi fillets on both sides with melted butter.
Then coat each fillet on both sides with the blackening seasoning.
Add butter or oil to a hot cast-iron skillet. Add fish and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the fish, and sear for another 3-4 minutes until cooked throughout.
