How to Make Chili Broiled Chicken Thighs
Move oven rack 10" below broiler and set to High. Combine spices in a bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar and honey.
Add thighs to the dry rub one piece at a time. Coat the chicken on all sides.
Place wire rack on a pan and coat with non-stick spray. Add chicken.
Broil 5 minutes, flip and broil 5 more minutes. Remove from oven.
Brush on 1/2 of glaze. Broil 1 minute. Flip, brush, and broil 1 more minute.
Remove chicken from oven. Spoon on chili glaze from the baking pan.
