Here is what is in it:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F while cooking ground beef over medium for five or six minutes; drain excess fat.

Step 2: Add both tomato tins and paste, sugar, salt & pepper. Stir and simmer for half an hour on low.

Step 3: Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles to package directions.

Step 4:   Mix noodles, white part of scallions, half of cheese and sour cream. 

Step 5:   Pour mixture into greased dish and top with ground beef and both cheeses.  

Step 6:   Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake five or ten more minutes until cheese is bubbling.

Step 7:    Garnish with green scallion tops and serve immediately.
