Simple Creamy Asiago Chicken Recipe

Creamy baked Asiago Chicken is loaded with veggies, a rich béchamel sauce, and LOTS of cheese. This flavorful but simple chicken dinner recipe is easy to make, and is sure to please!


How to Make Creamy Asiago Chicken

Season and sear chicken breasts with butter in a hot skillet. Set aside.

Sauté bell pepper and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Make the béchamel sauce with butter, flour, milk, sour cream, and spices. 

Add chicken to prepared baking dish, and spoon on the cooked veggies.

Pour on the béchamel sauce and top with 1/4 cup of herb stuffing mix.

Sprinkle on asiago cheese, and bake for 15-18 minutes at 425° F.

Rest briefly, and serve as a hearty and delicious dinner with favorite sides!
