Easy Stuffed Cornish Hens Recipe Steps

First, make the stuffing by sautéing veggies, cranberries, and pecans.

Crumble corn muffins over the cranberry mixture. Add seasonings and broth.

Pat each hen dry, then stuff. Secure the legs, and coat with oil and spices.

Bake the hens at 400° for 1 hr. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes.

Remove the kitchen ties and place the hens on a platter to serve.
