Here's what you'll need
Step 1: Gather ingredients, preheat oven to 400F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Slice jalapeños in half and scoop out seeds and rims; leaving stems.
Step 3: Mix cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, onion and garlic powder.
Step 4: Fill jalapeño halves with mixture; don't overfill.
Step 5: Unroll dough, keep triangles together, pinch perforations together and wrap with thin strips.
Step 6: Make egg wash (whisk one egg with 1T water) and brush each mummy.
Step 7: Bake for fifteen minutes until golden brown.
Step 8: Remove from oven and place candy eyes on melted cheese. Serve immediately!
