Reverse Sear Ribeye
Here is what you'll need:
Preheat oven to 225F and season ribeye with salt and pepper after drying with paper towel.
Place on wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet.
Place in oven and roast until desired internal temperature is reached.
Heat cast iron skillet five minutes before your steak is done. Add oil.
When oil is shimmering sear for a couple of minutes and turn over; add butter, garlic and rosemary. Sear second side while spooning butter over continuously.
Step 6: Use tongs to sear edges. Remove from pan and cover with foil loosely; rest for ten minutes.
Step 7: Cut away bone and then cut ribeye into slices. Spoon butter mixture over slices and enjoy!!
