How to Make Chicken Egg Rolls
Brown garlic, ginger, and ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat.
Add slaw to the pan with sesame oil, oyster and soy sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Place 1/4 c. of filling in the center of a wrapper. Fold two sides over.
Start at the bottom and roll towards the top point. Seal with water. Repeat.
Fry egg rolls over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain.
Keep warm in the oven as you work to fry the egg rolls in batches.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces, like sweet chili sauce.
