How to Make Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin

Peel (if you want) and thinly slice the potatoes. 

Add the cream, salt, and pepper to a medium-size bowl. Mix well.

Layer potato slices, cheese, and cream in a greased baking dish.

Repeat 3 more times, ending with the last of the cream and cheese.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 1 hour, until golden. Serve!
