Seafood Jambalaya Recipe

This classic Creole Seafood Jambalaya recipe is a delicious one-pot wonder that's easy to make with shrimp, chicken, spicy andouille sausage, bold spices, and the "holy trinity" of Cajun cooking.

How to Make the Best Seafood Jambalaya

First, brown the chicken and sausage pieces in a large dutch oven.

Remove the meat and set aside. Sauté the chopped "trinity" for 5 minutes.

Add the Creole seasoning, and spices. Cook 5 minutes, then add garlic.

Next, add the uncooked rice. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken, sausage, stock and tomatoes. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, cook for 20 minutes and stir occasionally.

Turn off the heat. Add shrimp, cover, and rest 10 minutes to cook shrimp.

Serve and Enjoy!
