Watermelon   Feta Salad

Ingredients:

1.  Rinse blueberries and remove stems. Cut watermelon into bite size cubes.

2.   Cut feta into small cubes and slice basil into strips

3.  Optional dressing; whisk or shake olive oil, vinegar, and salt.

4. Gently toss watermelon, berries, feta and basil together. Serve chilled.

If making ahead dress salad just before serving & also wait to chiffonade basil

Leftovers keep well for four days and it can be made 48hrs ahead of time!
