Easy Ranch Cream Cheese Chicken Dip
To make this cream cheese chicken dip, gather your ingredients of cream cheese, cooked chicken, scallions, parsley, ranch dry salad dressing and seasoning mix.

- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or 1 10 oz can chunk white chicken breast
- 8 oz cream cheese 1 package, softened
- 1 envelope Ranch dry salad dressing and seasoning mix
- 3 scallions finely minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley minced
- Crackers or Veggies for serving
Put the chicken, softened cream cheese, Ranch dry salad dressing mix, scallions and parsley in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Pulse until all ingredients are mixed well and the mixture is smooth.
Serve with crackers or veggies for dipping
Sharon's Expert Tips:
I like to serve this dip with Triscuits but you can use any sturdy crackers or veggies you have on hand.
To soften the cream cheese, leave it on the counter for about an hour before blending. Or, remove the wrapper and place it in a microwave for about 30 seconds. Cream cheese which is too hard will not blend smoothly.
No scallions or parsley? No worries, make this dip anyway, it's still delicious!
If you use canned chicken, be sure to drain it before adding it to the food processor.
