Breakfast Quiche with Goat Cheese

This amazing and flavorful breakfast quiche recipe is easy to make with goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, pesto, and a time-saving frozen pie crust. It's an explosion of flavors in every bite!


How to Make Breakfast Quiche with Goat Cheese

First, bake the crust per the package instructions. Set aside to cool.

Toss the tomatoes with oil and seasonings. Roast for. 10-15 minutes at 350 °F.

Place the tomatoes in a strainer and press down to release excess juices.

Place crust on a baking sheet. Add pesto evenly to the bottom of the crust.
