How to Make Layered Nachos in a Skillet
Preheat the oven to broil, and cook the ground beef on the stovetop.
Add chips to a cast-iron skillet. Top with beef, beans, and cheese.
Broil 1 to 3 minutes. Then add another layer of chips, beef, beans, and cheese.
Add sour cream, salsa, and sliced jalapenos. Broil again for 1 more minute.
Remove the nachos from the oven as soon as the cheese melts.
Serve layered nachos with extra sour cream, salsa, and other goodies!
