How to Make Parmesan Truffle Potatoes

Boil unpeeled whole potatoes in a large pot of water for 20 minutes.

Drain and dry potatoes. Then smash them on a greased baking sheet.

Brush with oil and bake at  400°F for 25-30 minutes, until golden.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and truffle salt. Broil for just a minute to brown.

Remove from the oven and serve the potatoes while hot and crispy.
