Stuffed Fajita Chicken Breasts are easy and cheesy! Chicken is seasoned and stuffed with onions, peppers, melty cream cheese, and gooey sharp cheddar cheese.


How to Make Stuffed Fajita Chicken Breasts

Saute peppers and onions in a skillet.

Combine cream cheese, spices, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Slice each breast and stuff with a bit of cheese mixture and peppers.

Press closed and sprinkle on the remaining fajita seasoning.

Arrange chicken breasts in a dish. Bake at 375°F for 30-45 minutes.

Rest for a few minutes and serve with your favorite Tex-Mex sides.
