Easy Lemon Pepper Salmon


This easy lemon pepper salmon recipe is a perfect weeknight dinner. Rich salmon is baked with lemon juice and roasted garlic in under 20 minutes!


How to Make Lemon Pepper Salmon

Pat fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Brush with olive oil and squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.

Sprinkle on garlic and place a pat of butter on each fillet.

Then top each piece of salmon with a slice of fresh lemon.

Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes. The meat should easily flake.

Rest the salmon, then drizzle on sauce from the pan and serve.
