Baked Baby Back Ribs with Dry Rub

This easy and convenient Oven-Baked Baby Back Ribs recipe includes a mouthwatering spicy dry rub, and is perfect to enjoy BBQ pork ribs without standing over a hot grill for hours.


How to Oven-Bake the Best Baby Back Ribs

Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane. Combine dry rub spices.

Cover ribs with dry rub. Preheat oven to 300° and wrap the ribs in foil.

Bake for 1.5 hours. Pull back the foil and liberally coat ribs in BBQ sauce.

Bake 30 more minutes, until caramelized. Briefly broil for a little char.

Cool the oven-baked ribs for a few minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.
