    Cinco de Mayo is Tuesday, May 5, and it’s time to start planning how you’ll celebrate this Americanized holiday.

    Today, I am sharing some of my favorite fun, quick, easy, and mostly make-ahead Mexican-inspired Tex-Mex recipes to get the party started. Whether you are celebrating at home, planning a party for a crowd, or having an office bash, these recipes are sure to be a hit.
